To qualify for a return or exchange, the product and any included items must be intact and undamaged, and the original packaging must remain unopened. Please ensure to stamp your product with the postage within 7 days of delivery for returns.

Our return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

It typically takes 5-7 business days for our facility to process returns. Once your return is accounted for, we'll refund your original form of payment. Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to settle back on your original form of payment.

If your product is within the return period, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where and how to send the package. Once we receive the product, we will process your refund to your original payment account within 3-5 business days or arrange for an exchange.
