ORDERING
We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay and all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and MTN Mobile Money AirtelTigo Money payments.

We are required by law to levy sales tax in various African countries. For goods already shipped to overseas warehouses, we have already paid the sales tax, so you do not need to pay it again. For international orders, additional customs duties and taxes may be required upon arrival of your package. While we will assist you throughout the process, we cannot control these charges as they are determined by the destination customs authorities.
SHIPPING
We currently ship to most countries and regions worldwide. We offer free shipping to most areas in Africa (exceptions noted below). For locations where we charge shipping fees, please check the exact costs at checkout.
After placing an order, we will ship within 1-2 business days. For merchants in overseas warehouses, we will ship from our warehouses in Accra and Kumasi, Ghana. For international logistics, we will ship from China.
Except for specified particular products, we offer free delivery to most countries in Africa. We charge fees for delivery to other locations, which you can view at checkout. For international orders, additional customs duties and taxes may be required upon arrival of your package. While we will assist you throughout the process, we cannot control these charges as they are determined by the destination customs authorities.
After your product is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package's delivery. Order processing and shipping typically take 1-2 business days. Delivery to Ghana usually takes 2-3 business days, while delivery to neighboring countries takes 5-7 business days. Delivery to more distant countries or international orders may take longer. Please note that delivery times may be longer during holidays or under exceptional circumstances. We recommend closely monitoring the tracking information for your order. Rest assured, we will make every effort to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible!
Once you've placed your order, our products typically ship from our warehouse within 1-2 business days. Once a product has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number that you can use to follow your package as it makes its way to you.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We stand behind the quality of our products and believe you will love them. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product within 7 days, we are happy to assist you with troubleshooting or initiating a return or exchange process. To qualify for a return or exchange, the product and any included items must be intact and undamaged, and the original packaging must remain unopened. Please ensure to stamp your product with the postage within 7 days of delivery for returns.
Our return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
To initiate your return or exchange, please contact us at support@bwmo.com with your order number. If your product(s) is in the trial period, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Once we receive the product(s), we will send the refund of your order to your original payment method or arrange the exchange shipping for you within 5-8 business days.
It typically takes 5-7 business days for our facility to process returns. Once your return is accounted for, we'll refund your original form of payment. Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to settle back on your original form of payment.
PRODUCT QUALITY & WARRANTY
We always verify the integrity of the product and packaging before shipment. If you receive a damaged package and cannot guarantee the integrity of the contents, please refuse to accept the delivery, take photos, explain the situation to the courier, and contact our customer service team. We will intervene accordingly.
