Berlin-Wheeler, Inc. is a Missouri Corporation located at 711 West McCarty Street in Jefferson City, Missouri. Berlin-Wheeler has been in business since 1952 and at the Jefferson City location since 1970.
Our company is one of the larger fully automated accounts receivable firms in the Midwest. In order to function efficiently and effectively, we maintain a well-trained collection, marketing, data processing and billing staff.

Our President, Joey Leydens, is an active member in both state and national collection agency associations. He has just completed a term as Chair of the State Legislation Committee and Chair of MCA PAC Committee. He is currently serving as President of the Missouri Collectors Association begiing in April of 2007. In addition, Joey Leydens holds a position on the Board of the ACA International Holding Company.

We efficiently process large volumes of accounts placed by our clients daily. These accounts can be sent to Berlin-Wheeler by computer tape, computer diskette, Internet, computer printout or listing sheets. Once an account is entered into our system, work begins immediately. Our collectors work entirely from computer terminals and an integrated collection software/dialer/phone system. Accounts are assigned automatically to each collector by the system.
We have acquired extensive experience in working for all types of clients, large and small, from billing third party payers, handling self-pay billing accounts and handling credit bureau services, to providing full collection services. Our client base extends beyond Missouri to the states of Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Oklahoma and Arkansas.
